Surfing Republica - Rubiana Brownell will seek to make history at the WSL Junior World Championship

The Costa Rican representative will compete against the 23 best surfers on the planet in the junior category.
As we informed you a few weeks ago, the World Junior Championships are scheduled to begin tomorrow, and surfer Rubiana Brownell, who represents our country, could be participating.
The Guanacaste native is in the second heat of the 24-athlete round. It should be noted that these surfers qualified by region and are currently among the best in the world.
Rubiana will be the fifth surfer in our country's history to compete in an event of this caliber.

The event has its first call for 9:30 am (Costa Rican time) and the organizing body will decide whether the men or the women will start the competition in the waves of California, United States.
