Surfing Republica - Costa Rican representatives remain strong in Puerto Rico

All Costa Ricans will be watching the action today and will be looking to reach the finals of the event.
In what will undoubtedly be a marathon day, today in the men's competition, rounds 3 and 4, quarter-finals, semi-finals and the grand final will take place, while in the women's competition, the semi-finals and the grand final of the APSPR Pro Surf Circuit, an invitational stop of the ALAS Pro Tour, will be held.
Middles Beach, Isabela, Puerto Rico, will host a Costa Rican red tide filled with great talent as they seek to reach the final rounds of the event. Among the women, Rubiana Brownell and Indiana Ferri stand out; both athletes have reached the semifinals of this ALAS stop.

In the men's open category, surfers Tosh Talbot, Sam Reidy, Darshan Antequera and Swen Zaugg will try to advance from the third round, while Esteban Chaves and Óscar Urbina, already seeded in the fourth round, will try to join the final stages on the Island of Enchantment.
