Surfing Republica - Eight Costa Rican representatives will compete in the QS stop in Florida

The event will feature national participation in the Open and Junior Pro categories.

With a total of eight Costa Rican representatives, our country's flag will fly at Shepard Beach Park in Cocoa Beach, Florida for a QS date and a Junior Pro event.
The event is scheduled to have its first call tomorrow, Wednesday, March 8th, and could be extended until the 12th of this month. 
Sam Reidy, Tosh Talbot, Nadav Attar, Arón Álvarez, Dennis Picado, Esteban Chaves in the men's category and Rubiana Brownell and Rachel Agüero in the women's category, will be seeking victory in the waves of the American east coast.
Rachel Agüero will compete in the women's QS event, starting in heat #2 of the 40-competitor round, while Rubiana Brownell will start in heat #6 of the 32-athlete round. Both surfers will be competing in the Junior Pro event from the opening round. 
In the men's QS category, starting with an initial round of 88 competitors, Esteban Chaves and Nadav Attar will be in heat #4, Arón Álvarez in the fifth heat, while Tosh Talbot and Dennis Picado will begin the event in the same round but in heats #9 and #10 respectively. Sam Reidy, for his part, will start the competition in heat #16 of the round of 64 surfers.

In the Junior Pro Men's category, Nadav Attar will start in the fourth heat of the initial round, while Sam Reidy and Tosh Talbot will start one round later in heats #3 and #6 respectively.
