Surfing Republica- Kenneth Tencio y Gama Osegueda defenderán los colores patrios en mundial de BMX Freestyle en Dubai

Surfing Republica - Kenneth Tencio and Gama Osegueda will defend the national colors at the BMX Freestyle World Championships in Dubai

The national champion and runner-up will try to shine in the United Arab Emirates in pursuit of the Olympic dream.

The current national BMX Freestyle champion, Kenneth Tencio, and the national runner-up, Gama Osegueda, will be present at the world championship of that category, which will be held in Abu Dhabi, Dubai.

This global event will take place from November 9th to 13th and will kick off the Olympic process for Paris 2024 in BMX Freestyle, as this event will award a direct ticket to France for the world champion and runner-up.

For both athletes, securing these direct tickets is of vital importance, as it would expedite their participation in a second Olympics, in the case of Tencio, or in a first Olympic experience for Osegueda.

Gama, 25, traveled to the United Arab Emirates, making a great effort, and hopes to perform well so he can join Tencio on the road to the Olympic dream.

We will bring you all the information on the Costa Ricans' performance in Dubai, wishing both athletes a great showing.
