Surfing Republica - Today the champions of the Surf City El Salvador Pro 2022 will be decided
Champions of the seventh CT stop will be decided in Punta Roca.
After 2 intense days of competition, the champions of the Surf City El Salvador Pro 2022, the seventh CT stop of the World Surf League (WSL), will be defined today, Friday, June 17.
The event has had great excitement since the start of the competition, however, the final rounds always promise to be the icing on the cake and crown the champions of the seventh date. 
In the men's division, the four semifinalists Gabriel Medina, Griffin Colapinto, Filipe Toledo, the current tour leader, and ĂŤtalo Ferreira will compete in series that will undoubtedly be full of excitement.
In the women's draw, Johanne Defay, Lakey Peterson, Caroline Marks, and Stephanie Gilmore will challenge the conditions at Punta Roca in their quest for victory. Current world number one Carissa Moore was eliminated in the quarterfinals by American Caroline Marks, who could lose the yellow jersey if Johanne Defay wins the title in El Salvador.
