Surfing Republic - Australia, Hawaii and Canada are the big winners of the World Junior Surfing Games



Luke Swanson, Eweleiula Wong, Willis Droomer and Erin Brooks are crowned champions of the Surf City El Salvador ISA World Junior Championship 2022.


The eighteenth edition of the ISA World Junior Championship concluded and on this occasion El Salvador once again shone with the waves, safety and order in La Bocana and El Sunzal.

Throughout the event the level was very high and showed that the talent of the new generations comes with a gigantic hunger to shine.


Today the junior champions were crowned in each category, with Hawaii taking first place in the under-18 category for both men and women. The champion surfers are Luke Swanson and Eweleiula Wong, who demonstrated their skill throughout the event and confirmed it in the finals. Second place in the men's and women's categories, respectively, went to Shion Crawford of Hawaii and Lucía Machado of Spain.


In the under-16 category, the male and female winners were Willis Droomer of Australia and Erin Brooks of Canada. The runners-up in each category were Inigo Madina of France and Bella Kenworthy of the United States.
