Tica will support Pollo Surf School in Matapalo under the World Surf League's Stay Local system.

Costa Rican surfer Brisa Hennessy, who competes in the top surfing league (CT), is at her home in Fiji and has announced, through the WSL's Stay Local program, her support for a family on the island and a Costa Rican business affected by the COVID-19 crisis.
The Costa Rican woman selected a business from her hometown of Matapalo, the Pollo Surf School, which will receive her support.
In addition, Brisa will donate her salary from a sponsor to benefit 125 Costa Rican families enrolled in an OMG foundation created by her national sponsor that sells products in the United States.

In the video recorded by the World Surf League (WSL) which seeks to support the athletes of the world tour, the national showcases the beauty of Namotu, Fiji, which has not been affected by the current problem and is one of the few places where you can still surf.
