Surfing Costa Rica - Super Groms with León Cerezo Coto

A promising young man from Jacob dreams of competing at the highest level and representing our country.

A cheerful, energetic, charismatic, competitive boy who loves music, skateboarding, but especially surfing. That's how we could describe León Cerezo Coto, a boy of only 12 years old who already dreams of one day representing his country at the highest level of surfing.

Leon currently resides in the canton of Garabito and makes the most of his time surfing with his father, who instilled in him a passion for the waves.

The parents of this talented young man are Argentinian, but they have lived in Costa Rica for several years. Despite this, they have decided to maintain León's birth nationality, a decision that gives him the option of being considered for future national teams.

At his young age, León shows a very high level and if he continues working this way, we have no doubt that he could shine nationally and internationally very soon.

Cerezo gave us more information about his interests and objectives, which we share with you.
