Brisa Hennessy will be looking to match or improve on her last performance at Margaret River.
The powerful waves of Margaret River keep coming and the fourth stop of the world surfing tour is getting better and better.
The third round for men and women is now set, and in the latter there is a Costa Rican woman who hopes to cause an upset in western Australia.

Brisa Hennessy, the Costa Rican who races in the CT, has had three ninth-place finishes in previous races this season, and in this fourth stage, the hope of improving this position is very high.
But how has Brisa surfed Margaret? According to data from the World Surf League (WSL), Hennessy has surfed this powerful Australian wave only once before this year, and it was at the 2019 CT event, where his result was very favorable, finishing in fifth position.
On that occasion, the Costa Rican advanced past the first round ahead of Macy Callaghan (AUS) and below Courtney Conlogue (USA). In the third round, Brisa defeated Malia Manuel (HAW) and was defeated by Carissa Moore (HAW) in the quarterfinals.
This year the surfer born in Matapalo, advanced from the first round showing a fairly solid surfing above Isabella Nichols (AUS) and Stephanie Gilmore (AUS), now in the third round she will have to face the Australian Tyler Wright, in a heat that promises great excitement.

Today, the return to competition at the Margaret River Pro is scheduled for 5:15 pm Costa Rican time, and the national team would be seeing action in the fourth heat of the third round of the event.
