Surfing Costa Rica - Kenneth Tencio finished third in the FISE virtual world championship

Kenneth Tencio, a talented BMX rider from Cartago, Costa Rica, finished in third place in the FISE virtual world championship, scheduled to take place in Montpellier, France.
Tencio managed to qualify for the final of the event, where he had to compete against different athletes from various parts of the world through popular vote (50%) and judges' vote (50%).
Proudly among the 20 athletes who participated, the Costa Rican finished on the podium, which closed as follows:
- Logan Martin - 94.9 points out of a possible 100 (Australia)
- Konstantin Andreev - 94.8 points out of a possible 100 (Russia)
- Kenneth Tencio - 93.4 out of 100 possible (Costa Rica)
Currently, the national athlete is in the select group of five athletes who have a ticket to the Olympic Games, an achievement that Tencio secured last year and eagerly awaits being able to participate in the games.
