A renowned magazine highlights Costa Rica as a dream country full of natural attractions and an epic surfing paradise.

The important Australian magazine Lonely Planet recently highlighted our country as a dream destination full of numerous natural attractions, where you can enjoy a variety of recreational and sporting activities.

This media outlet is one of the largest publishers of travel guides in the world and with a post on its Instagram account it highlights one of the species that inhabit our country, such as the three-toed sloth.

“Costa Rica is a dream destination, with epic surfing, misty cloud forests, and breathtaking wildlife. The small size of this Central American country means travelers can enjoy a wide variety of experiences on a short trip.”

In addition, the magazine highlighted the best times to visit our country based on activities and budget.

“This publication fills us with joy and motivates us to move forward, but above all, it confirms Costa Rica’s strong position as a sustainable destination to revitalize energy and a sanctuary to reconnect with nature,” said Gustavo Segura, Minister of Tourism.

Currently, the Instagram post has over 101,571 likes, with a total of 2,678 comments, making it one of the posts with the greatest reach in recent weeks.

At the beginning of this year, Lonely Planet also included Costa Rica in the Best in Travel 2021 list, awarding it the recognition of best accessible destination.
