The ALAS stop will distribute $15,000 and will mark the return of competitions to the Latin calendar starting in January.

After several months of absence from the most important Latin American surfing tournament in the region, the ALAS Latin Tour, it will return to its exciting competitions this December.

This Latin American commitment will be the second test in 2020, after the first ALAS event will take place in Reñaca, Chile in January.

“ After a mandatory break due to the pandemic, it is a pleasure for us to return to El Salvador, which always welcomes us with open arms and its beaches that resemble a natural wave machine. This event will come with a great responsibility to comply with all the public health protocols promoted by the Government of El Salvador ,” stated Karín Sierralta, executive director of ALAS.

This second stop will take place in La Bocana, El Salvador between December 10 and 13 and will be a three-star hotel.

To enter the Central American country, you must follow all health protocols established in both your country of origin and your destination country. In addition, you must have a negative COVID-19 test result. You can find more details here:
