After three days of competition at the World Adaptive Surfing Games held in La Jolla, San Diego, California, our country is guaranteed at least three world medals.

Henry Martínez, Roy Calderón and Jimena Ruiz are already in the grand final in the Men VI1, Men VI2 and Woman Stand 2 categories respectively, thus guaranteeing themselves a world championship medal.

Another medal contender is Baldir Vallejos, who must overcome the semi-final round in the Men Stand 2 category to secure another podium finish for our country.

Our country also suffered two significant losses today, both of whom fought with great dedication and sacrifice for a place in the final rounds; however, they were unable to participate on the final day. These losses were Matthews Vanderhooth and Edwin Ocampo.

Tomorrow will be the final day of another edition of the 2020 World Adaptive Surfing Games, with the schedule yet to be determined.
