Costa Ricans will seek to learn more about the conditions in El Salvador.

For the first time in history, a National Surf Team will visit the country hosting the next world championship with the aim of preparing for the competition.
The idea stems from the hope of securing spots for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, as this edition will grant 3 possible places for our country, with Brisa Hennessy being the only national with her ticket secured for the Olympic event.
With a team made up of youth and experience, our country traveled today to the El Sunzal area of El Salvador and will be in the neighboring country until next Wednesday.
Three training sessions are planned, two in El Salvador and one on national soil, and with this, the final team will be named in April, which will represent us and seek positions for the Olympic dream.
