Beaches will open "little by little" and in time slots, says health minister

The country's beaches will open gradually and in time slots, Health Minister Daniel Salas announced at a press conference held this afternoon.
The opening would be done "little by little" and according to technical criteria to avoid large gatherings of people in a space that is very popular on weekends.
It is considered that the opening be in morning or afternoon time slots, for activities such as water sports or tourist visits, which are currently prohibited.
Commercial fishing activity continues, Salas clarified.
On the other hand, business owners from the Pacific coast, specifically from the canton of Garabito, requested the partial reopening of the beaches from the Government.
Tourism Minister María Amalia Revelo supported the initiative, but assured that they must respect the provisions of the Ministry of Health, which is the entity that will eventually lift the health restrictions.

Creo que la apertura paulatina es bueno ya que cada negocio afectado se irá recuperando por la crisis. Lamentablemente todos ocupamos de cada comerciante. Un disfrute aunque sean unas horas es bueno y con precaucion. Gracias Ministro por tan excelente trabajo y con ayuda de un conjunto de entidades involucradas y personal que da su vida por los demás.
