McGonagle joins Brisa Hennessy in the third round.

With a great display of good surfing, Costa Rican Leilani McGonagle managed to advance to the third round of the Doyle Partners Women's Pro QS 5,000 pts.

McGonagle faced local rivals in round two and, with a combined score of 9.67 points, secured second place in the series.

Now in the third round, she joins the other national player in the competition, we are talking about Brisa Hennessy who was already ranked at this stage.

The nationals will enter the competition in round three, with Brisa being the first to participate in the sixth heat, followed by Leinani in the seventh series, who will face Coco Ho (HAW), Isabella Nichols (AUS) and Keala Tomoda-Bannert (HAW) in a heart-stopping heat.
