Camelo Bikinis presents the note of the day.

Costa Ricans compete in important QS 6,000 pt stop on the Australian island.
In what will be the date that awards the most qualifying points for the remainder of the year, Costa Ricans Brisa Hennessy and Leilani McGonagle have made their presence felt with their intentions of securing a spot in the CT 2020.
Leilani, who was in the third round, managed to advance her series and, combining 10.97 points, joined Brisa Hennessy, who was already ranked in the fourth round.
McGonagle is currently ranked #33 in the QS, however, if she continues to advance in the event she could significantly improve her ranking and finish the last QS 1,500 pts event in Punta de Lobos, Chile, a place that suits the Chilean well.
Hennessy, for its part, is ranked #8 in the QS and could opt for its CT reclassification or, if necessary, the QS classification.
The national competition will continue this afternoon and into the evening. You can find more information about the event at: https://www.worldsurfleague.com/events/2019/wqs/3167/port-stephens-toyota-pro
