The world's largest artificial surf resort would be in the middle of the California desert.
As if the creation of Surf Ranch in the Lemoore desert, California was not enough, eleven-time world champion Kelly Slater now wants to create a gigantic complex with a large number of waves of different sizes, including the biggest in the world.
Slater plans to do it in conjunction with the private real estate investment and development company Meriwether Companies and Big Sky Wave Developments, and it will have an investment value of 200 million.

The complex will be located at " La Quinta" in the Coachella Valley, California, and will have the capacity to place around 25 surfers in different types of waves in 68 million liters of water.
Its creation is planned for 2022 and will have a complex set of hotels and restaurants in order to provide greater attraction in the area that is world known, but for golf.
