Monster Energy Drink presents the note of the day.
Limonense will push himself to the limit in 2020 in search of shining in the National Surf Circuit and a spot in the Senior Surf Team.
A new year that started in the best way for Oscar Urbina from Limón, who with great merit and an excellent level conquered the first event of the national surfing championship of our country.
However, it hasn't all been smooth sailing; Urbina has had to fight every day to find his best version and a competitive maturity that will lead him to reap triumphs.
In this way, Oscar has faced a preparation trying to become a more complete surfer with elite quality and mentality.

In this note, Oscar tells us about how he has been working towards those improvements.
How have you prepared to face the 2020 season?
"I've been preparing very hard and I want to face 2020 without words, just surfing and letting my surfing speak for me."
Who has helped you improve or how have you been working on it?
“I’ve taken my surfing to another level because I train every day, getting up between 4 and 5 in the morning, accompanied by my friend Daniel (an adaptive surfer). I’ve also prepared myself mentally both in and out of the water.”
Where do you think the key to your current level lies?
"The key to my current level is the desire to take my surfing to another level and thus be able to give it my all for 2020."
Will you compete in the entire circuit, or what are your goals for 2020?
"My goal for 2020 is to compete in the entire National Circuit. I'm also focusing on being able to travel abroad to represent Costa Rica and make my country proud."
