Hawaiian singer Jack Johnson will perform in our country

Skullcandy presents the musical note of the week.

Hawaiian singer-songwriter and surfer Jack Johnson will perform his greatest hits in the country.

For the first time in his career as an artist, Hawaiian Jack Johnson will visit our country to perform in a show full of his greatest hits.

The concert is scheduled for Sunday, November 10, 2019 at the Coca-Cola amphitheater in Parque Viva, La Guácima de Alajuela.

Johnson was a professional surfer and continues to practice the sport, but recreationally.

At just 17 years old, he became the youngest surfer to compete in the Pipeline Masters; however, an accident during the event left him with serious injuries and out of professional competition.

Jack is also famous for his philanthropic work, a role he carries out alongside his wife Kim, who have dedicated themselves to promoting environmental education in schools, as well as the arts and music through their own foundations such as the Johnson Ohana Charitable Foundation and the KĹŤkua Hawaii Foundation.

Focused on this area of conservation, their concert in Costa Rica will feature the presence of several national foundations, who will have booths in Parque Viva to provide more information about their activities.

The foundations that will be present are: Corcovado Foundation, Raising Coral Costa Rica, Costas Verdes, Earth Equilibrium and the Somos Foundation.
