Bevu presents the news of the day.

One of the lungs of the world is covered in flames because of humans.

A large part of the world's largest tropical forest has been covered in flames for several days; the situation is global in scope, and despite this, the Brazilian government continues to do nothing about the environmental disaster.

The loss of flora and fauna from one of the world's largest lungs is almost irrecoverable, and the impact of climate change could take its toll.

According to authorities in Santa Cruz, the fires are attributed to the burning of vegetation by farmers to prepare land for cultivation and grazing. This activity alone already has a significant environmental impact.

The main potential negative environmental impact of livestock production is overgrazing or excessive consumption of forage, an action that leads to the degradation of vegetation, increased soil erosion, and deterioration of soil fertility and structure.

The Amazon rainforest is half the size of the United States and provides 20% of the world's oxygen, facts that should undoubtedly have been known before causing this significant environmental damage.
