Costa Rica marks its presence at the ALAS circuit event in Guatemala.

Oscar Urbina wins the Open category, Sam Reidy and Axel Castro take second and fourth place respectively, and Yazdani Castro wins the bodyboard category.

This weekend marked the end of another round of the ALAS PRO 2023 in Guatemala, where Costa Ricans almost dominated the Open category. Oscar Urbina was crowned champion of the round, Sam Reidy came in second place, and Axel Castro finished fourth.

This date also featured the bodyboard category and the Costa Rican athlete Yazdany Castro was crowned as the male champion, while Dulce Aguero and Yuliana Campos finished in second and third place respectively.

In the longboard category, Anthony Flores secured second place. Meanwhile, Nadav Attar and Rachel Aguero tied for third in the Under 18 category. Rubiana Brownell achieved second place in the Women's Open category, and in the Under 14 category, Nazareth Del Mar Velazques from Pavones finished fourth.
