Costa Ricans play a great role in a new edition of the World Adaptive Surfing Games.

A new edition of the World Adaptive Surfing Games has concluded, and our country has once again managed to win world championship medals.

With a team full of true heroes, our country challenged the waves of La Jolla, California, achieving a ninth place by nations and three world medals, confirming the great commitment of Costa Rican athletes.

Thank you Baldir Vallejos, Jimena Ruiz, Matthews Vanderhooth, Edwin Ocampo, Henry Martínez, Roy Calderón and the entire team for your struggle and sacrifice in these Games; you are champions for the whole country.
