Costa Rican surfer will face Ezekiel Lau and Adriano De Souza in the eighth round of the event.
In what will be a trial by fire for Costa Rican surfer Carlos Muñoz with intentions of continuing to advance in the Ballito Pro 2019 QS stop of 10,000 pts, the local from Esterillos Oeste will face CT racers Ezekiel Lau and Adriano De Sousa in the first heat of the eighth round.
Muñoz has performed exceptionally well in this tournament, achieving his best result of the year so far. However, "Cali" is eager to accumulate as many QS points as possible for his ranking and will be aiming to advance to the ninth round of this qualifying event.
