Carlos Muñoz wakes up today in the Top 7 of the WQS 2019 ranking.
National surfer climbs thirteen places in the QS ranking.
After achieving a fifth place in the 2019 Ballito Pro in South Africa, Costa Rican surfer Carlos Muñoz added a valuable 5,200 points to his personal ranking.
The Costa Rican, who was ranked #20, climbed thirteen places in the QS rankings to reach the Top 7 of elite athletes in the world of surfing.
Muñoz is in one of the best positions of his entire sporting career and will be the top 11 who enter the WCT 2020 at the end of the year.
