Costa Rican surfer will be featured in prestigious publication where athletes of the stature of Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali and Kobe Bryant have appeared.
Within everything that being part of the Olympic Games entails, and the media exposure that will be witnessed around the world, being part of a publication in a prestigious American magazine is something that should be highlighted.

Even more so if in previous editions athletes of the stature of Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali, among others were part of these publications.
Now, if a Costa Rican woman is featured in such publications, it's an unparalleled opportunity for public recognition. This is the case for national surfer Brisa Hennessy, who will be featured in a publication by the prestigious American magazine Sports Illustrated, a monthly publication that combines sports and fashion, in anticipation of the Olympic Games.
Hennessy has entered the record books as the first Costa Rican surfer to qualify for the Olympics, in addition to already holding the record as the first national to enter the Tour of Champions (CT).
This year 2020, after four events, Brisa dominates the QS ranking with 5,000 points, where she hopes to consolidate her position with the upcoming events on the Australian island, a place that has suited the Chilean well in the past.
